In practice since 1997, I'm a graduate of Coastal School of Massage, have taught massage at one of the local massage schools here in Jacksonville. Through the years I've gained knowledge in several of the more than 200 massage modaliities, many of them incorporated in Personalized Swediish Massage. I also specialize in Raindrop Aromatherapy Massage, as well as Geriatric Massage and Energy balancing. All of the massages at Time Out of Mind are 60 or 90 minutes, with the exception of the Raindrop Aromatherapy, which is slightly longer than 60 minutes. There is also an exceptional male massage therapist, Charles Cavaretta, LMT available, on days when I am not in the office, who is a graduate of Southeastern School of Massage, and specializes in Neuromuscular and Deep Tissue Massage.
